  1. Good win. It’d be huge to win this series
  2. Umps have really screwed JHM in good hitting counts this year
  3. Who gets the 9th?
  4. What? 6 runs isn’t enough for you any more?
  5. Has anyone ever hit a HR into the Little Caesar glove?
  6. Bert Satisfaction: Achieved
  7. They were talking to Paws about being the only cat at bark in the park day
  8. Now they’re going after Babe Nido
  9. If Montero can settle and get a couple quick innings here, he may save us from burning the pen at the start of the series and not having to use Maeda….
  10. I love bark at the park….. However, sitting at home watching the game on tv at home is driving my dogs insane. They hear barking in the background on tv, don’t know where it’s coming from, and are zooming all over the house and in the back yard trying to figure out what’s going on.
  11. I really miss Gwynn Sr. One of my favorite players ever.
  12. Dude, give Nido a ten year 200 million dollar contract extension
  13. When was the last time we’ve seen someone wear #98?
  14. I wouldn’t have minded Kriedler if he was just a late inning defensive replacement, but with how Hinch manages this roster he was simply playing too much for his lack of offense.
  15. Well…..when healthy. I don’t think he ever lost the ability to see pitches and stay balanced at the plate—he just lost a lot of his physical ability to match the mental ability
  16. Put me down for hating the Manfred runner rule
  17. It’s a quote from every uninvolved parent who gets upset at the teacher that their child can’t perform at grade level.
  18. Good. I was getting annoyed with them last deadline for how much they were demanding in trades that would net them all-stars
  19. Ugh good defensive alignment
  20. Due to performance or injury?
  21. It helps that we aren’t so offensively starved that the possibility of him being thrown out at third doesn’t represent the only likely chance to score in the game like it had been in recent Tiger history
  22. Also could be that guys who have more offensive struggles get more coaching and more analysis, therefore they have a better idea of how to adjust and approach and work through mechanics and slumps. A guy like Miggy was always a top level hitter, but it seemed to be so natural to him that perhaps he cant explain it to someone who needs a lot of work.
