Sweeney has been better than his offensive stats are showing to this point. The real question is what is the direction with Colt Keith? He has 16 ABs (plus 2 walks) in the last 9 games. We are basically full platooning him at this point. I’d rather just see him go to Toledo for a month or so whenever one of Vierling/Margot is back and just do a factory reset on his hard drive. Yeah he has 14 walks, but only 2 since April 6th, so it’s not like there’s a true bright spot to hang your hat on right now.

I don’t think it’s all the way through that process yet.
