How likely is it that the augmentation strategy depends on sheer numbers, the way their Eastern Front strategy against Germany did? Might Putin be thinking, who cares if a million, two million, five million Russian soldiers die, we have plenty in reserve and we will emerge victorious through attrition?

Another one-two-three inning. Manning has 68 pitches of one-baserunner ball through six. Not long ago he would have been on a solid track for a compete-game victory. But it’s 2022, so, good chance he’s coming out right now. That’s kind of a shame if so.

I don't know exactly why they are talking to some college basketball rando on the Tiger telecast and I really don't care, but I sure am glad I have the radio overlay on so I can listen to Dan and Jim instead.
