It's fair to critique Arnold, but the difference between he and Okudah is that Arnold is in position to make plays far more often than Okudah ever was. His coverage has been pretty good, he's just got to get use to the NFL game. Also, I think many of the plays he's getting flagged on now won't get flagged later in the season.
