I have nothing against them trying to school other people in baseball so they know what’s going on and feel included, but I have to admit they aren’t particularly good. If they had Samuel L Jackson doing the voice over and using the M-word a lot, it would be more entertaining.

On the radio feed when they don’t have a real ad, they have these baseball lingo questions and I had never heard anybody say oppo taco for an opposite field home run. Is this unique to one team’s one announcer or something? I’m not convinced it’s a generalized term, but I don’t listen to other broadcasts very often.
