I just checked and we have to wait until the end of August to see the Tigers play the Sacramento Athletics in their minor league home ballpark. I hope Tork hits five home runs in a game.
This game starts at 8:10 PM for me and for me that’s late so I’m complaining. I love when games start in the eastern time zone so for me that’s around 5 PM.
It is just one game, but Tork looked good at the plate and that makes me happy. He was collected and patient at the plate and when he got his pitch, he made the most of it.
I found that it was lagging all the time and I had to keep going into the box score and then going back to gameday and it would update to being ahead of the broadcast of the game by a tad so I had to play around with it to get it to work tonight. I’ve never had that happen before. And it might work differently on my phone if you’re using a laptop or something.
I just use the MLB app and go to gameday on my phone and it’s always at least a couple pitches or even a batter ahead of what I’m watching or listening to.
According to the gameday app on my phone, both Edman and Ohtani have each hit their second home run of the season tonight. Am I misunderstanding something?
