There is obvious value having a star athlete associated with your company.  That is why you tell people they are actually associated with your company.  Aspiration didn't do that.  They paid him and told nobody he was on the payroll.  That doesn't make sense.

Ballmer’s most viable defense at this point may be to present receipts for his silver and commemorative plate purchases from Fox News, perhaps even adding a reverse mortgage for good measure.

Basically, 2/$45 million because third year is a team option.  No team on earth is going to exercise that third year.  

It does represent some movement by GSW thought.  They were offering a team option on year 2.  He wants any option to be a player option.  

GSW has not made any moves this summer.  They have to settle this before they can do anything.  Most feel Al Horford will sign with them when this is finalized.

OKC was obviously the biggest spender. at just over $800 million.

$776 million of that was on their 4 extensions.   SGA, Chet, and both Williams.
