Turnovers were the only thing stopping him from being a major superstar. A low turnover rate would make him a serious MVP candidate.

His turnovers are fine, it's his efficiency that will determine how good he is/isn't. 

He currently has a TS% of 50%. For his career he is 53%. Those are awful numbers. You want him up around 60%.
