When their "expedited review" nonsense can change every little thing, it makes no sense for teams to not be able to challenge every little thing. The difference between the 3 and the 4 is massive on the goal line.

I agree that the rule of what can and can't be challenged needs to be changed given the expedited review. That said, Campbell still needs to know the rules on challenges as they are today. We clowned on Schwartz for not knowing them. Campbell needs to know them here too.
