Sports_Freak Posted Sunday at 08:01 PM Posted Sunday at 08:01 PM Toronto is only 18-16 at home. It should be a winnable game. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted Sunday at 08:16 PM Posted Sunday at 08:16 PM Watching Duren ball handling is painful... Quote
Sports_Freak Posted Sunday at 08:47 PM Posted Sunday at 08:47 PM Unsuccessful challenge means every call is now gonna go against the Pistons. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted Sunday at 08:49 PM Posted Sunday at 08:49 PM Aren't Barnes and Cade friends in real life? Used to be teammates or something? Quote

They played on the same "high school" team together at Montverde. All 5 starters from that team are now in the NBA and a few of the bench guys as well. 1 Quote
Sports_Freak Posted Sunday at 09:17 PM Posted Sunday at 09:17 PM Toronto made halftime adjustments, Pistons didn't. 2nd chance points are killing us. JB outcoached. 1 Quote
Deleterious Posted Sunday at 09:30 PM Posted Sunday at 09:30 PM Rough quarter. Defense has given up 95 points at the end of the third quarter. Quote
Deleterious Posted Sunday at 09:59 PM Posted Sunday at 09:59 PM Barnes and Portlel have combined for 15 offensive rebounds so far. Quote
Deleterious Posted Sunday at 10:02 PM Posted Sunday at 10:02 PM You still have to go back to February 19th for the last win against a good and healthy team. Quote
Deleterious Posted Sunday at 10:20 PM Posted Sunday at 10:20 PM Sasser regressing back to the norm. Jenkins with the DNP-CD. Only 4 points for Thompson, which was 3 more than Robinson. Poeltl outplayed Duren Ausar had 0 rebounds. Didn't seem to be the usual hustle from Holland. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted yesterday at 12:17 AM Posted yesterday at 12:17 AM A tired Piston team, 3rd game in 4 nights. That may be why we were badly outrebounded. As well as missing Stewart..that was huge. Strange schedule coming up, 2 games in Washington with a day off between. Quote

Every team once a year plays on the road against the same team two games in a row. They are doing it as an attempt to cut down on travel. 1 Quote
Betrayer Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Toronto beat us at our own game. Crushed on the offensive glass and beaten on points off turnovers. JD struggled to control the defensive boards and help at the same time and nobody else was strong enough to keep Poeltl off the glass on the rotation. Ausar looked a step slow coming back from injury and was on a minutes restriction. Seems like it would've been a great game to go bigger and have Reed share some minutes with Duren to control the glass. But no, why not run with a bunch of guards instead and hope to suddenly become the type of team that shoots their way back into games? Right, JB? Right?! Quote
