Deleterious Posted April 6 Author Posted April 6 Rumors about Rivers getting let go in Milwaukee. Make sense with a rebuild coming to go with a cheaper coach. At some point someone needs to write about Rivers being hired. Griffin was 30-13 when they fired him and Rivers finished the season 17-19. 1 Quote

buddha Posted April 7 Posted April 7 next year's draft class isnt as good, i wonder if we'll still see as much blatant tanking? Quote
Deleterious Posted April 7 Author Posted April 7 The anti-tank rules will be in place next year so all will be well. Quote
Deleterious Posted April 7 Author Posted April 7 That is a big pay cut. He was making $12 a year at Denver and at a minimum he would have made that in a new job this summer. Quote

They won't do it for Cade, but for their anointed darling it should create some serious talk. I don't mind the spirit of the rule deterring players from "load management" but in it's current state there are a lot of problems with it. All League teams, legitimate injuries, salary ramifications, and so on. Quote
