  2. Especially since the folks screaming about Hunter’s laptop and so called deals with China and and such seem to ignore that the former guy who lost has kids and a son in law who have made sweetheart deals with China and the Saudis. It’s only illegal if Democrats do it I guess
  3. I really wish Rogers would have actually slugged Gaetz. Gaetz may need to stay away from upper floors for a while.
  4. I haven't watched Yellowstone. The prequels were pretty good.
  5. Update II I we received a copy of the title in the mail today (from VA). From famine to feast. Off to the dealership tomorrow.
  6. Just an aside, there have been a couple shots of Shri Thanedar primping during camera cutaways the past couple of days. What a tool. Someone should steal his toupe.
  7. Here we go again..
  8. Gaeytz, Good and Boebert are three that are entrenched
  9. For those interested the entire conversations. (You can skip the Jimmy Stewart interviews if you want) Comparing Walters and Parton is like comparing apples with watermelon IMO
  10. Caller on C-SPAN just told me it's all Hunter Biden's laptop's fault
  11. It takes to to tango. One would expect the so called majority party to stop dissing the opposition and make the first move in a matter like this. However the two factions of the Party of Irresponsibility seems deeply entrenched in wanting to elect McCarthy or die trying. Can't rule out attrition, one GOP a member is out tomorrow for surgery, another's wife had a baby this week and he's potentially no going to be around. Democrats seem happy just to put up Jefferies (who keeps getting the overall plurality). Bottom line from this partisan, one party has no real desire to govern.
  12. They've reached the point where they need to call in the adults. Get members of the "Problem Solvers" caucus together and nominate a compromise candidate and to hell with the major trouble makers... Nominate someone like Brian Fitzpatrick or even Don Bacon
  13. Democrats to GOPLeader
  14. Dingell will be 71 in 2024, I would consider he age as a factor. Not a big Haley fan (personal reasons), she has the ambition, however. I think Whitmer may have ruled out a run when asked a similar question a couple of weeks ago, that could change.
  15. He just needs the clerk to find him 217 votes
  16. I apologize, I misposted in the wrong thread...
