    Negative. I am actually at a retreat this weekend with a group of combat vets leading a mental self care group. I am a certified crisis manager through the VA. You have to actually be a former combat vet to qualify for this program. Changing mental concepts through shared experiences I am sure you would not understand.

    I have never done drugs. I recently got into cross-fit training and went to a zero sugar diet. I was able to get off my 10 mg BP med. life is great at age 48!
