I agree with this. I did not read the article so maybe someone could answer this. Did the article state that there was a permitted person in the vehicle? To me that is the key to the whole thing. If I get pulled over w/o a driver's license but another occupant has a valid license it is the cop's discretion to allow that person to drive and give me a warning. If I was a **** and not cooperate then he could choose to tow it and take me to jail.

Gun laws are so different state to state. Indiana, you can conceal carry, chambered with no permit required as long as you are not a felon and 18.

I agree everyone should be able to get a photo ID from their state free of charge with proper documentaion.

Remember, I am the non-college educated evil american who wants to end freedom for all. I am 47 and lived in Michigan and Indiana all my life yet I have never heard of any protest to change our current voter ID laws because they are too hard.
