So, narrative shift. Harbaugh not allowed to coach because of the maneuvering of the B1G. So, that is provable damage to the program by the B1G head office.

Found this fairly well-balanced. My analogy to the situation is the war of the Dwarves and Orcs from Tolkien. The Dwarves -- historically fractious (Michigan) are because of an outrage, suddenly united and driven to commit to a war on the Orcs. It doesn't end well for the Dwarves or the Orcs.

Having coached my own kid who wasn't a problem and watched how other coaches navigated the same thing where it was...I can see how it could be a team-damaging issue. -
You have to wonder what else the B1G is doing to tip the competitive balance tomorrow. Expect the refs to be under a microscope.
