  1. Yeah, the more I see of people responding to his posts, I have to think America is corrupt to its core and should turn inward and not stop Putin's invasion of Ukraine or China's invasion of Taiwan.
  2. This lady appears to be naught but a corporatist karen. How is she going to stand up to the actual law. She saw what Trump did. She may believe he's right but, he clearly broke the law in front of her.
  3. The same! Not to be confused with IHRA, one of the drag racing governing bodies, which is not to be confused with the 17th Street High Heel Race in Washington, DC.
  4. This is scary. You'd have to think Russia would know that it would be an Article 5 violation.
  5. So, Prigozhin's people are working at INRA. He may be sidelined or he may be just leveraging the lack of sanctions on Belarus (have we sanctioned them?) to travel to Africa to do Putin's bidding. I have a VPN set to some location not my own. Whatever the VPN thinks is my location, its sending me Indian twitter stuff and other Indian based junk. Anyway, I get all sorts of pushed content regarding Quran burning in Sweden which smells very very INRA. The initial burning incident was done at the behest/instigation of Moscow to slow roll Sweden joining NATO by causing Turkey to object.
  6. Rachel is better online than on TV.
  7. This is a bit too cute but still, appreciate the effort obviously, Putin will extra-judiciously murder his political opponent because he is a KGB-trained dictator. Trump just wishes he could because he's a little bish who f's 13-year olds on Epstein's island when he's not paying them out or paying them to be his whore wife.

    MAP PR0N!

    What the hell, Belgium!?
  10. I'm sure the Trumps are dying to get back to where they can openly receive funding from Russia. All this sneaking around and going through Emirati cut outs has got to bum them out. If Ukraine wants to be solvent and on a sound financial basis they will work hard to solidify the rule of law and not be governed by oligarchs. Then again, the United States and many western countries need to do that too.
  11. Just had a moment with my daughter about this. She's asking questions. I mentioned that James Madison (the school a LOT of Northern Virginia suburb kids go to) was kind of weirdly white for being the school all these kids go to. My wife and I remember that some parents were asking if they taught Critical Race Theory when we went to the parent orientation when my son was touring. She and I are just rolling our eyes and dying inside at this. Our overall observation is the school is like 60-40 female to male (at least) and about 85-15 white to non-white which was weird to us coming from MSU (her) and UM-dearborn (me). I actually think she might like going there but...that's weird to see in this day and age.
  12. The race thing is weird. On my cul-de-sac there are multiple Indian families. They don't talk to each other because they are different castes. My son and daughter hang out with kids across the paper-bag darkness spectrum and since all the parents were middle-class nerds that was groovy. If for some reason they started to hang out with some kid whose parents were drinking in mid-day from a bottle-in-a-paper-bag whilst sitting on their porch, that would have been notable and cause for discussion.
  13. Deep battle is critical to winning wars. Fighting on the front lines only is for barbarians and others of the fighter class. You need wizards and other spell casters to win. (edit: that got to be a riff from my Dungeons and Dragons days)
  14. Oh, that's interesting And a good development.
  15. Yes
  16. Its easy enough to see the benefits of Affirmative Action in hiring when I encounter AA individuals who are solid, crab-bucket clawing strivers who would not have had that chance to demonstrate that without certain opportunities. The US military has produced a lot of talent that wouldn't come forward without its merit-(ish) system. Plenty of racism in the US Mil still but A Colin Powell a Lloyd Austin don't emerge from normal processes. My son was in a social circle that was blessed with an economic class of parent cadres of educated, merit-conscious strivers. He'll be fine.
  17. Welp...they decided. I'm torn. My son definitely faced weird discrimination against him in his attempt to get into certain schools on this basis. But, he got into a decent tier B B1G school and if he works hard he can overcome that.
  18. I have seen a lot of arrests. They had a long way to go. But, they have the right recipe going now.
  19. A good place to invest IF they have the ability to keep the corrupt Russian element at bay.
  20. Yeah, he makes the case well.
  21. I read this story on another platform yesterday. I'm more than a little bit interested in touring Ukraine with the family when the invaders are thrown out. This will make it more accessible. Imagine how it will be when they rebuild all the places that were destroyed by Putin?
  22. One of Putin's doubles
