  2. Geez this offseason is boring.
  3. at the end, you mean the last episode? "Breathe Me" by Sia. Yes, that was the best series ending of all time. When Family Guy goes off the air, I bet they'll spoof that ending.
  4. this is merely an investment for Gores, he doesn't care if they win or lose.
  5. Sad thing is that Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duren are really good already. So unfair to those two guys. Troy Weaver is a disaster.
  6. Maybe Draymond should get a full calendar year to think about things. Think Adam has the balls?
  7. This whole Tommy DeVito & his agent angle probably deserves it's own thread because there's a lot of places this can go.
  8. He's a made man. Gonna take a sit down to "remove" him.
  9. He was an interior decorator.
  10. It was between the Italians, it was real greaseball s hit.
  11. What happened, we get it straightned out? Ah, well, we had a problem and we tried to do everything we could Whadaaya mean? You know what I mean, he's gone and we couldn't do nothing about it. That's it Whaddaya mean, whaddaya mean? He's gone, he's gone. That's it
  12. He forgets he's not a player anymore. One thing to be competitive, another to be childish
  13. I have a terrible leak in my kitchen faucet. It's probably just in need of a couple $1 O-Rings. But I can't budge the hot water shut off valve. I've tried several things, but I can't get ti to budge at all and I can't fix the faucet. Any tips? I really dread having to hire someone to just turn a valve. Not calling a plumber, they'll charge $200 just to walk in the door. All over a couple of ****ing o-rings.
  14. Yes, he should have been out that night. It was ridiculous when Bobby Knight did that stuff 30-40 years ago and he got away with way too much, it certain doesn't play these days. Supposed to set an example.
  15. Owning a house. Five months in a row now I have had a major expense in repairing something in this house. It has left me broke and I ****ing hate it. I am stuck here. I can't really sell it because it needs so much in repair that I wouldn't get anything out of it. I let someone talk me into this. I didn't want it, but they kept talking "but it's an investment". By the time it would pay me off I am going to b e 80 years old. I am alone and I don't need an upstairs which costs a fortune in heating bills, even when it's "blocked off". My friends are doing things, going places, enjoying themselves, While I am stuck here always having to fix something. It just feels pointless, a never ending spiral. I only use about 30% of this place, the rest is just filled with stuff, stuff I don't need or want anymore. If there was someone else with me, it would be manageable, but I was so much happier just paying rent and not worrying about **** CONSTANTLY.
  16. I don't know what it is, but there's definitely something going on upstairs.
  17. This was the song in my head when I woke up this morning
  18. The dreaded "R Word" But honestly, shouldn't you ALWAYS be in rebuild mode, to a degree? The Dodgers have been great for nearly a full decade, but they are in perpetual rebuild mode. Think of the quality of players they have lost recently, but they keep restocking. That's how you do it. It helps that they have big money to throw at big names, but a lot of their success has come from their own system.
  19. Green Bay (several times) Phantom facemask calls - Aaron knew that if the pocket collapsed, he only need to jerk his head back. Worked several times The Seattle end zone tap-out play The Atlanta TD overturn, clock runoff game Calvin's CLEAR catch And of course, the Dallas pick up (after the officials' boss hung out with Jerry Jones). But no, Patrick is upset so we'd better look at things. The Golden Boy's having a rough year. Maybe if he focused more on football than making the endless ****ing commercials, he'd be playing better. Maybe at home to a struggling and mediocre Bills team, who's coach used terrorism as a teaching moment, they should not have been in a one-score game if they are such a great team, But yeah, the officials are bad now, they made Patrick cry.
