They'll probably have to expand the rosters to 28 for the start of the season if they have a shortened Spring Training because we'll have a lot of 3-inning starts. I think where the USFL is going horribly wrong is why are almost all of their teams in cities with an NFL team. Birmingham is the only city without an NFL team. It would be better off if you went into cities with NO team. Birmingham St. Louis Memphis Orlando Portland San Diego or Salt Lake City Oakland San Antonio
