Well since the beginning of pro football season I am up over $400. This is $10 at a time. I think I am winning at about a 60-65% rate making small, conservative bets and hitting big on 2 out of 6 football parlays. Just got keep betting small. I won't bet at the start of the hockey playoffs because the goal totals always go down and I am going to have to "practice bet" at the start of baseball because we really have no idea how the start of the season is going to go with a shorter spring training. If they get him the right running partner in the draft, they could be interesting. Marvin Bagley was a hell of a find by Troy Weaver. Got to keep it small. I don't know, man. If they keep dishing out 5 1/2 over/under on NHL games, I'll keep winning. It's like a crazy loophole. I've been making money on this every week. I hit about once every four times, but there is zero risk. Took a $5 free bet and turned it into $30 last night (thanks to Montreal's Rem Pitlick, who scored with :43 second left). I never bet more than $10 unless it's a major event like Kentucky Derby or Super Bowl. It's pretty easy, actually.

Not a finished product for sure, but there were a few times when he looked really good last year. They had to bring him up before he was ready because of injuries. I think he will take a big, good step this year. He was right up there with Mize a few years ago, Missing a full year and then being called up to early threw everything off. Really? Who is your 5? I think you need at least 8 starters going into the season. He could be a bullpen/depth guy even if he is not in the Opening Day rotation. I do expect a couple of our young guys to have injuries at some point. Even with a full Spring Training I would expect that. I like Tyler Alexander in the same role they've used him the last two years. 1. Mize 2. Rodriguez 3. Skubal 4. Manning Other than that, the options seem to be Tyler Alexander, Rony Garcia, Reese Olson, Joey Wentz. That's a lot of uncertainty. They still need 2 guys. One of them could be Peralta.
