  1. I think it's because he doesn't throw the prettiest spiral. Peyton Manning didn't either. Goff launched that ball at around the 12 yard line and Williams caught it at the other 35, so that is 53 air yards.
  2. Goff with that sneaky arm strength. He's like the Ramon Santiago of the Lions.
  3. It looked to me like he was wiping his ass on the Bears logo.
  4. It looked like on that first defensive drive the Lions were playing zone.
  5. I want to see more of Vaki. He and Montgomery have the same size, ran the same 40, and both are elite tackle breakers. Vaki seems like the future Montgomery.
  6. Ben Johnson has no history of developing a young QB. He's only ever worked with one QB. He took a veteran QB who had a history of success and got him back to that level of success. The Lions offense relies heavily on Goff making pre-snap reads and delivering the ball on time and with anticipation. I haven't seen Williams come close to being able to do that, and it's not like he done it at college. The question is, can Johnson coach Williams to make those reads or can he design an offense around his skillset? I honestly feel like Dallas may be a better fit. Dak is basically Goff 2.0. Would Johnson mesh with Jerry Jones? One good thing about Jones if you Johnson is he doesn't have a quick trigger. He stuck with Jason Garret for a long time.
  7. I remember when Republicans actually got it on the ballot to stop the bridge Canada was paying for.
  8. Why is MAGA even bragging about Canada securing their border with the US?
  9. Talk about border security, Trump can't even legally travel to Canada.
  10. Best weed I ever smoked was from northern Michigan.
  11. If MAGA likes Canada's new border legislation, wait until you see what they did recently about guns.
  12. I wonder if the conservative candidate in Canada instructed his party to kill the deal so he can use it as a wedge issue?
  13. There's a difference between targeted tariffs and blanket tariffs on all imports and starting trade wars with Canada.
  14. The Jets are a complete dumpster fire. I would be willing to give Joe Douglas a second chance.
  15. I decided to start watching again last night. Going in and just watching and not waiting for a Breaking Bad reference helps. When it first came out, I kept trying to anticipate when it would get to the Breaking Bad timeline instead of just enjoying the ride.
  16. I've been thinking about the onside kick against Buffalo, and I'm wondering what the rules are? It has to travel 10 yards, but what if you kick it high and deep and have a speedster like Gibbs or Williams chase it down? Is there a rule on how deep you can kick it?
  17. I would still claim him even if he said he wouldn't play for me just to block him from the Lions.
  18. I'm assuming he won't make it to the Lions. Any team would claim just to block him from the Lions.
  19. Even if you onshore all this labor, costs are still going to go up because American labor costs more. You can't argue that Americans will be making higher wages to offset the rise in prices because that is happening now and people still threw a fit about their eggs.
  20. Assumptions are pretty simple. Your closing disclosure will state if it is assumable. If it is, it's basically like applying for a new loan. You'll need to be approved with credit and DTI, and there's still typical closing. Lenders usually charge a fee of $250. The lender has no incentive not to do it as long as the person assuming the loan is qualified. When rates were low, assumptions were still done. It was usually in cases of divorce where one spouse was awarded the house. Less common was death of the borrower and a survivor assumed the loan.
