    My Twitter feed has been overtaken by Bears people and it's insufferable how they view Fields. Here's a fun fact. If Goff played this year on the Bears he would hold the Bears single season record in passing yards, TDs and QB rating.

    So Duce Staley is from South Carolina and went to college at South Carolina. Given that and his previous connection to Reich, it makes sense.

    The Lions had their shot at Fields and passed and enthusiatically took Sewell instead of Fields. I don't know what Fields has done between then and now that would change their minds.

    The Broncos are under new ownership so we really don't know know how ownership is going to be. I think they have the best roster of any of the open jobs but Wilson is one strange cat. I don't know if his decline is physical or mental. They are also committed to him for the near future and now will go three straight years with a 1st round pick.

    It should have said him as in Ryans. I'm surprised Ryans would take the Houston job given the dysfunction in that organization. I think they are set up well from a roster standpoint. Have some ok pieces but a lot of picks. It's a job where you need a long commitment like what Campbell got but is Houston going to commit to it?

    Rappaport is reporting Denver made a last minute run at Ryans to convince him to come to Denver over Houston. Imagine how toxic Russell Wilson must be if you choose Houston over Denver.

    Glenn is in the mix for the Cardinals job. They gave him a 2nd interview. With Ryans and Payton off the table, Glenn could be a front runner there. I kind of thought Glenn would be a fit for Houston given he used to play there.

    They struggled against mobile QBs but the post was they would run over them like Carolina did which Carolina did it via RB which didn't happen often and the 49ers don't have a mobile QB.

    Just making sure we are clear you are a cherrypicker since you said people which would infer everyone else. Glad you admitted you cherrypicked the Carolina game for your own convenience to prove the point you were trying to make. Weird how you didn't mention anything about cherrypicking when you cherrypicked a game.

    Weird how no one talks about the 49ers final 10 games they played 3 teams with a winning record. Two of those being Seattle and Miami who faded in the second half.

    Playing Chicago twice during the 8-2 run really affected the quality of the teams they played. Removing Chicago, they were 6-2 against teams with a 53% winning percentage. Since Buddha doesn't like cherrypicking, which he curiously did, the Lions had the 2nd toughest schedule in the NFL and finished with a winning record and a positive point differential.

    It's funny how the Lions run defense had been pretty stout for about 10 games but everyone acts like they are more like the defense that played Carolina vs the one that was really good over an extended period of time.

    The 49ers gave up three 1sts for a QB who played one season at a DII equivalent school. At least he dazzled in workouts.

    The 49ers probably could've traded Garoppolo and two 1sts for Stafford.
