I voted in the Democratic primary. I was literally the only one at the polling place. Only thing of note to vote for was my congressional district. I voted for Carl Marlinga since he stands the best chance of beating John James. Pretty much state senate and house were unopposed.

I wasn't expecting someone almost 25 who can't even hack it in AA and will likely never even play in the majors. At least give me the erratic hard throwing righty who shows he may have the potential to miss bats.

I'm starting to blur Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad. I know there was a scene in one of the two shows where Gale is setting up the lab and Gus asks him about the blue meth and Gale talks about how pure it is and fears he can't replicate it. I feel this is the moment Gus decides to get Walt to cook for him and puts Mike out to make it happen who works through Saul. I also believe at this time Tuco is dead and the cousins are after Walt.

From what I have seen from other sources is that he is claiming the Lions, particularly Campbell and Holmes, essentially downplayed his injury and didn't take him serious when he said his back wasn't right. He's the only one so far who has said something like this towards this current regime. I find it a bit hard to believe since Campbell is a former player who suffered a serious season ending injury while with the Lions.

The arbiter made her final ruling and suspended Watson 6 games. The NFL can appeal her final decision. It's no different than being convicted of murder in court. The verdict is final but you can always appeal. The sentence is still carried out because it's final and an appeal can overturn that final decision.

I don't think it is good news. Alex Jones is currently being sued by the Sand Hook victims and I think this bankruptcy is preemptive strike to make it harder to collect if they win.

A Fox News poll that was just released has Warnock up 4 and Fox News, unlike everything, is a reliable poll. You keep saying it's a bad year for Democrats but yet the polling doesn't show that. You also mention Walker being a football God, well this is the bible belt and Warnock is an actual reverend.

Latest polls have Warnock up 4. I don't think football has anything to do with it. Georgia is still Georgia and still has a large Republican base. Tuberville won because Trump endorsed him and Sessions did give complete loyalty to Trump.

Remember when Trump said Mexico was going to pay for the wall and didn't and then Biden secured $1.5 billion from Mexico in border security? Remember when Democrats gave Trump billions to build the wall and Ann Coulter made fun of him and he reneged and got nothing?

Probably the number of lead acid batteries disposed of in the life cycle of an ICE car equals at least one EV battery. You also still have to dispose of ICE vehicles. It's why junkyards exist. EVs could have a longer life as there aren't as many moving parts. Once you get down battery swapping, in EV could probably last decades longer as long as it doesn't get totaled in a crash.

Been seeing this a lot. The people who didn't care about the Supreme Court in 2016 now care in 2022 when it is affecting them and blaming Democrats, instead of Republicans, for not doing something as if Biden can just overturn a Supreme Court decision.
