In the 2nd round, Seattle has two picks and Atlanta one pick before the Lions pick. Unlikely Willis is there at 46. Lions will need to jump ahead of Seattle.
If the Lions receivers can get healthy, they have Chark and Williams as deep threats with Hockenson and St Brown and a solid #3 in Reynolds. This receiving core has some potential.
They really only gave up a 3rd round pick. I assumed it would cost more to move up 20 spots. They still have the picks they will need to get a QB next year and will have a great OL and some good receivers.
