  1. I did vote for Bernie Sanders. When he lost I voted for Hillary. I didn't pout like an entitled brat because my guy lost.
  2. Seems relevant here.
  3. Hopefully the Bernie or bust people who sat out 2016 are happy.
  4. I accidentally pasted this link again and the site won't let me delete it so fuck it here it is again.
  5. Makes sense why the Cardinals traded for Brown now.
  6. The more I think about, the more I don't want Lamar Jackson. He puts up RB numbers. No way that is sustainable. The Ravens are one of the best run teams in the NFL and there is a reason they are not committing to Jackson.
  7. Let's be real, Stafford's value was lower because he played 12 seasons and only made the playoffs 3 times and lost them all. He was labeled as not being to win a big game. I think it's 50/50 whether Lamar Jackson will still be a top tier QB at age 33.
  8. Lamar also relies heavily on his legs unlike Stafford. When he can't make plays with his legs, how's he going to be as a strict pocket passer? We saw how quickly Cam Newton's career cratered once he couldn't run anymore. I think Stafford is going to age a lot better than Jackson or Murray and can probably play close to age 40 at a high level.
  9. Then I'll pass. I don't see how either of them are worth more than Stafford. A Stafford style trade would be the most I would do. I'm not really even that big of a fan of either them to be honest.
  10. I wouldn't trade 3 1sts for Lamar Jackson. I was thinking something like Goff and a 1st for Jackson. Not sure about Kyler Murray but I don't either are worth more than what the Rams traded for Stafford.
  11. There's also the possibility Matthew Stafford has a season ending injury in training camp and the Rams implode and are drafting 4th or higher.
  12. We'll also see how much QBs want to play for Campbell. I'm kind of leaning towards the disgruntled veteran route.
  13. When I look at that Bears roster, I have a feeling the Lions aren't going to be finishing last in the division. It's pretty bare around Fields and they drafted defensive guys with what picks they had. I would rather throw Fields on the Lions roster that projects to have a good OL, receivers, TE and solid run game. I wouldn't rule out a veteran. Lamar Jackson is in the last year of his contract. He seems upset the Ravens traded away his receiver. The Ravens likely franchise him but he could be a trade candidate. I'm not a fan of QBs like Jackson long term, but he could be someone to watch.
  14. If the Lions are picking 4th, it likely means the young players underperformed or were injured. I would rather see the young player perform well and they win. They really have a nice foundation on offense. They have draft capital to trade if they have to.
  15. There was a point time in which I thought Lindsey Graham wasn't crazy. No Republican can be trusted.
  16. This is the prove it year for Goff. Even if Goff does prove it, they are going to be in a precarious position. Do you give him a big extension then? I could see doing what Minnesota did with Cousins and tack another year on his contract.
  17. Mike Vrabel was hired as head coach after one year as defensive coordinator in which his defense ranked dead last. Vrabel's defense gave up the same PPG as Glenn's. In Glenn's case, he inherited a defense that was the 2nd worst of all time.
  18. That's nothing. Here they actually shut down freeways to drag race and do donuts. Turns out the main culprit was a white kid from the suburbs.
  19. If Goff discovers his 2018 form, Ben Johnson may be a head coach before Glenn.
  20. That's the sign of a good team. Your coordinators get hired as head coaches and your assistants get hired as coordinators for other team. If Glenn gets a head coaching job, you just promote Pleasant. Being able to develop your own coaches is underrated and rarely talked about.
  21. Rodriguez seems to be more of the modern day LB. Smaller, fast and athletic who can play pass coverage vs the big, physical, hole filler like Tavai. Don't the Lions run more of a 4-2-5 defense anyways?
