  1. The Vikings and Packers play each other so one of them will lose.
  2. Philadelphia is 5-2 in conference and the Lions are 6-1, so the Lions hold the tiebreaker as of right now.
  3. LOL Okudah just got cooked.
  4. If Dallas wants to beat Houston, they need to throw 4 more INTs. Good news for them is that they are more than capable of doing that.
  5. They activated Melifonwu from injured reserved. Guess the injury must not be long term. *EDIT* Since it's a new injury, I think they can put him on IR again.
  6. In terms of strength of victory, the combined winning percentage of the teams they have beaten, the Lions are 3rd in the league behind Tampa and Baltimore. 9-1 against a schedule that hasn't been particularly easy.
  7. I approve of the Bears replacing the Lions as the division punching bag.
  8. Just think, it's not the Lions game that people want flexed out of Thanksgiving. It's the one featuring Cooper Rush and Tommy DeVito.
  9. The 49ers may not make the playoffs. They are technically in last place but only one game back. They have lost all the tiebreakers so far. Their only path is likely through winning the division. The 49ers are getting old, and I think their window is closing. The Lions are a lot like the 49ers of old. Just a good team at all phases of the game.
  10. Actually he did have a role with Anzalone out. They could have went with a 3 safties and used Melifonwu as basically a linebacker since he's a good blitzer and good against the run.
  11. This team is literally dominant in all aspects. They are 1st in points per game and 5th in points against per game, but their special teams are equally as good. Lions are first in average kick return yardage per game, 4th in punt return yards per punt, 3rd in average punt yards, 4th in average punt return yardage against, and are the only team to make all of their field goal attempts.
  12. I'm kind of surprised no one in Jacksonville has been fired yet.
  13. After this last game, the Lions are 5th in total yards. Keep in mind, 3 of the 4 teams ahead of the Lions have played 11 games. Lions are 3rd in yards per game. In terms of total points, the Lions are 1st, and the next 4 teams have played 11 games. The Lions have scored 57 more points than the next team with only 10 games played.
  14. Ben Johnson does not give me leader of men vibes. He reminds me of Brandon Staley. Aaron Glenn is a leader of men type. Also have to consider that if either of these guys get hired, they are likely taking a coach or two with them.
  15. Vance Joseph returned to Denver as defensive coordinator. I would still promote within.
  16. Offensive coordinator would likely be Tanner Engstrand. Defensive coordinator either Kelvin Sheppard or Terrell Williams. If Zac Taylor gets fired from the Bengals, I would consider him for offensive coordinator. He was the QB coach for the Rams up through 2018. When he left was when Goff went downhill. I would be fine reuniting them.
  17. If you’re going to remove the Lions three biggest wins, you need to remove the Packers three biggest wins. If you do that, the Packers are minus 5.
  18. Apparently Jonah Jackson was benched. Rams gave him big money, and he's been injured and ineffective when healthy.
  19. Lions would probably face Minnesota since Cousins doesn't win playoff games.
