I don't care about Hinch's past. As gehringer_2 pointed out, the offense has really struggled and that's something that needs to be addressed. They need to figure out how to get the best performance out of each individual and that's not just on Hinch but he is the boss. They need a shorter leash on guys as well. Maton had way too much playing time. If you're not performing we'll try someone else has to be the new mindset now that Miggy is gone. I hope this extension isn't rewarding mediocrity because the offense has stunk. Hinch shouldn't put up with it anymore and players should get less playing time if they don't perform.
