    Interesting that Pagnotta says they're open to trading a defender for a center. I would worry about a Gustaffson / Holl trade brings back and I'm not sure the Wings can stand to lose any other defenders. I forgot Hamonic existed but lump him in there too.

    Ya outside of Copp/Compher the Wings' centers are over 50% on faceoffs this season so far

    Man they really let players get away with anything when they're "slowing down" forecheckers. Finnie just got crosschecked to the ice without the puck and the ref just stared at it. It feels like defenders interfere with forecheckers every dump in these days too.

    I'm already sick of hearing about the Habs and Lane Hutson 🤣. They seem to be the new darlings of the league.

    Great period by the Wings. ASP's first goal, the Lightning didn't have a shot on net until six or so minutes left in the period (despite having a PP), Gibson ended up making a couple nice saves and the Wings had other chances. Good stuff!
