The Giants completed an 11 game, four city, road trip this evening. They finished the trip 8-3. They managed a bullpen game win tonight. The NL West is going to be down to the wire again this year.

Anyone think Miggy might one day be a hitting coach for the Tigers? He seems to still love the game and enjoys being in the dugout. Don’t know how well he could impart his knowledge to others but it would be interesting.

Neither party is honorable. I don’t play the what about game. I ‘m straight up. To imply either party “honorable” is a wishful thinking. Granted, there are individuals in both parties that are exceptions to the rule. However, to make a blanket statement that either of the major parties have an ounce of claim to being honorable is wrong.

Unless the definition of “honor” has changed recently, neither the GOP nor the Democrats should pretend to associate themselves with the word.

This team just doesn’t seem to exhibit any urgency and aren’t mentally in the game at the worst times. I was hoping this spring would be a step forward. It ain’t happening yet.
