yes, I had forgotten what it was about because there was so much talk about Russia. I think they couldn't find enough there, so they despertately switched to Ukraine. All of it was worth investigating, but nothing impeachment worthy. It seemed to me like they wanted an impeachment and were looking for something to get one. Of course, the Clinton impeachment was silly too. Impeachment should be used for extremely serious crimes which threaten our national security or our constitution. January 6 qualifies.

The whole Rusian colluson thing was way overplayed. There was probably some truth to it, but I never saw any solid evidence that there was any collusion or that it swung the election. It was worth investigating, but the impeachment was weak. I think the weakness of the frst impeachment made the totally legitimate second impeachment suspect in some eyes.

Tigers are signing Shelby Miller. He hasn't been good since 2015 but showed some promise in his come back last year (although not as good as his ERA). A low risk low upside signing, but someone who should make the team out of spring training.

He called 2016 rigged before the election too. He would have done the same thing if he lost that one. He is completely full of **** and 40% of the country still believes everything he says.

My family was educated in the humanties, but terrible at math. I think they believed the same as you did, especially my father. I actually think the thing that taught me that you can get better at something through hard work and prtactice was running cross country and track in high school. Other sports can do that too, but I think that success in competitive running is more purely based on what you put into it. Math was not that easy for me and I struggled at it many times along the way, but when I knew what I was doing, I liked it better than my other classes. That is probably why I stuck with it.

I know people who honestly believe the election was stolen. They honestly don't get how the great Donald Trump could possibly lose a fair election. They live in their bubble and some lefties live in bubbles too.

but, in many cases, their pre-existing prejudices were forcefully confirmed to them by people with an agenda. They believe it to be true.

This doesn't help the Democrats at all. It probably helps Trump if anything. I don't believe he should be allowed to run, but I am 99% sure he's not going to go to prison and also that he will be eligible to run. it's best they figure out how to beat him in the election.

Numbers are what made the game me too. I loved watching and playing it too, but it was the numbers that separated it from other sports.

He was happy the Cardinals won, but disappointed that it was a poorly played series by the Tigers. We were hoping for a classic like 34 and 68. Plus, at 82 years old, he had kind of lost some of his energy for the game...for a lot of the same things I complain about now. He is still with us.

Ted Cruz should have punched Trump in the face for that comment about his wife. It would have been the first time anybody respected him.

Trump doesn't love anyone. He finds some people useful.

People that already feared the Republicans fear them more now. The same thing is happening on the other side. MAGAs are talking about the "fascists in Washington" all the time. They hate them as much as Democrats hate the Republicans. I don't have a problem with Biden in technical terms. The problem is he's very uninspiring and a poor communicator (which I think is an important part of a President's job) and I think that hurts him as a President. People have very low confidence in him whether he deserves it or not. I think the average American views him as weak and that's not a good quality in a President. I don't know if any of that makes him a bad president, but I believe it's going to hurt him in the election.

It seemed like just the opposite was happening in the past where Trump tended to do slightly better in the real election than in the polls.

Also, climate change is huge. Young people are terrified of climate change and they don't think he's done enough about it. Why would they fear a perceived loss of democracy if we are doomed by our environment anyway.

I think they show enough to tell us that he's got a legitimate chance to win. At no point over the past 7 years has he dropped in popularity (as weak as it may be) for any length of time. I think you overestimate the hatred the general population has for Trump. Most just don't care enough to hate a politician. There are a lot of people who think he's nasty and a goofball, but that he's a good businessman who knows how to run the economy. They view him the same way they did it 2016. Also, Biden is wildly unpopular for good reason or not. The only people who really like Biden are Dem loyalists who would vote D no matter what.
