This game has really gone exactly to plan for Michigan.

I like that they got to tease this. I guarantee they have more than one look out of it up their sleeve.

I'd prefer an Indiana, Michigan State, or Rutgers honestly. Pull away and make people forget it was ever close. Last year it felt like they pulled out all their tricks against Ohio State, then pulled out the reserve tricks against Iowa, and were out of gas by the time they played Georgia... Against these opponents where your talent alone can win the game, do what it takes to win and don't show anything you don't have to.

Michigan is playing down to its opponent by design. It won them 10/12 games and their actual talent won them the other two. I don't think anything from today will really correlate to how successful (or not) they'll be in January.

9:35pm and we are halfway through the 2nd quarter. I feel like I'm double my age making these complaints, but good grief.

That was a stupid review. Didn't they used to put a timer on the NFL reviews? Should be 2:00 from the time they put on a head seat. If no decision when the time expires, the audio cuts out and the call stands. I'll take that though.

If the defense can win this game, I think they should let them. Looks like that's their plan so far.

Yeah, this game is for nothing except the B1G Championship and an undefeated record (small things). If M wins, they're probably the #2 seed. If M loses, they're probably the #2 seed.

I think they could pass them, I just don't think they should. If I was going to argue an extreme, I would say that USC should stay because they played last night and Ohio State didn't. Or that Clemson or Kansas State should go, because they're playing and Ohio State isn't. I'm not going that far because I think that's dumb. USC had their chance - so did Clemson and Kansas State. I do think it's a fair take though that TCU's overall body of work is worthy of the #3 seed. I also think it's fair to say that if you're going to make the playoff as the one team that didn't win your division and didn't have to play a 13th game, you should play the #1 seed in the semifinal and prove your worth.

I guess I would counter and ask if Ohio State can really sit at home uninvited and rise two spots. TCU will have more wins, a better SOS, a better SOR, and played 13 games. If M was to rematch OSU, I feel like they'd prefer to have a buffer game to see if they change anything coming out of the Michigan loss. I also think Ohio State is a better team than TCU and Michigan should prefer to play TCU.

I think they were caught looking ahead last week and now they don't see a point.

I tried finding a picture of the other angle on Twitter without success... I'm sure videos will be uploaded later. I thought it looked clear that he was lying on top of bodies when he started extending the ball.
