I agree. I think ideally he wouldn't have seen any playing time, let alone any starting time this season. I'm hopeful he can still turn into a serviceable backup.

Sorsdol was drafted as the jack of all trades, master of none offensive lineman. You can’t roster 10 offensive linemen, so it’s nice to have backup linemen who can plug and play anywhere on the line. Sorsdol was a five year starter at RT, but was projected as an NFL OG, and could probably play C in a pinch. It’s nice to have that versatility on your bench.

I don't knock it, but I will say the degree to which she is idolized as a cult-like hero is insane. I've never seen such a widespread pandemonium in my lifetime and it doesn't show signs of slowing. I'm sure some... wiser... posters could have some other musical artists who they could compare this to, but I've been around a few decades now and I've never experienced anything like the degree to which her fandom has risen since the Eras Tour first took off.

They'll have a Jamaal Williams like problem with Jonah Jackson. The offensive line is a crucial part of the team's success (like the run game is). If he wants to test the open market, that's fine, but it might mean we move on.

Not so much due to the way things ended (though that probably made it a quicker exodus), but due to the fact that the amount of time I was spending here had led to deficiencies in my real life work product LOL. I'm caught up now, it's a weird feeling. There is no reason to believe that this run isn't repeatable, and then some. They know what it takes and should only get better. The North goes through Detroit, and this team has their eyes set even further.

I'm not sure what happened to Sutton. He was one of the most under-appreciated players on the defense through the first eight weeks or so and then fell off a cliff in the playoffs. The competition was better, but it almost looked like he lost a step somewhere along the line due to injury or fatigue.

Free agency is very deep at corner this year. Jaylon Johnson, L'Jarius Sneed, and Kendall Fuller could be signed and instantly be the CB1 on this team, and there are probably a dozen guys who could be signed to be CB2 across from Sutton (who will have hopefully figured it the **** out again by August). Given the goal next year is a Super Bowl, I don't think they will take a corner at #29, unless one of the top ones fall. Corners more often than not need time to develop (even more so than linebackers). I think they might take an heir apparent in the 2nd or 3rd round, but I think it'll be a plug-and-play edge rusher or DT at #29.
