One of my bestest buddies I will ever have passed away from skin cancer a little over a year ago. It's a very aggressive cancer. I work in medical research field so asked a clinician colleague about it. I'm pretty sure I drink >100 oz water per day. I have a 32 ounce tumbler fill multiple times a day but concede that volume is partly ice... eventually melts but I can and do reuse the ice w new water.
