I'm not a professional political strategist but seeing them have a huge family squabble that is a complete and utter total ****show seems like political gold to me I wouldn't feel as ok with letting them do it had they not already passed the aid bills.

That could be true, I make my statement after the foreign aid bills passed but we can't predict what could be needed in the future. They should still be extracting something for it.

The March for Our lives protest claims to have had between 1.2m and 2m people across the country protesting against gun violence in the wake of the Parkland school shooting. It's quite clearly false to suggest school shootings haven't been protested.

It seems like that's happening a lot around these protests too. The AP article said that many of the students' suspensions have been lifted. Most charges against students at University of Texas were dropped to, I believe the article I read said 57 students had the charges dropped.
