I got his autograph at a Whitecaps game. I was absolutely thrilled and said to him "thank you for doing this" and he said "thank you for still caring". Somewhere I have a picture of me walking away from the autograph table with a huge smile on my face. It was a highlight reel moment in my life.

I'd go see that while in the area but it wouldn't be a destination attraction.

Well I did it: I now own a Tele. I don’t think I’d ever find one I liked and, through a series of trades, I found one I really like and now it’s on the wall. I doubt I’ll ever use it live but it’s a fun and attractive tool in the arsenal. Road worn GC exclusive MIM. Nice chunky neck. Dude who I got it from put a hot rails in the bridge but I’m going to put it back to stock.

So I read the comments and it turns out that this guy starred in a film produced by Jimmy Kimmel where it was all a giant ruse. Everyone but Perry was in on it. Before I link that though, apparently the Cart Narcs found out about Perry's reputation to be a real life Bobcat Goldthwait character and they continued to poke the bear: Anyway, so the film was " Windy City Heat" and its hilarious to what lengths they went to mess with this guy. They even got Bobcat Goldthwait to "direct". After all that, they furthered the ruse years later by telling Perry that they were making a documentary of the film and his part would be played by Rosie O'Donnell. I actually felt bad for Rosie in this. There is more out there but apparently the Cart Narcs hit gold when they found Perry not returning his cart.

Cute. Dude died of a heart attack. Is there any legitimate information that confirms his death was related to Covid or Ivermectin? Or....was dude unhealthy and all of this is unrelated? 50 year old dude in poor health dying of a heart attack is unfortunate but not uncommon.
