We don't have the capital necessary for the licensing fee from the NFL and the league probably wouldn't license it anyways, but a buddy of mine and I have had the idea of opening up an SOL Lions Hall of Shame Museum for years. We mapped out the exhibits and how it would be laid out. You go through the decades, starting with the Bobby Layne trade and you get to see displays, video footage, and artifacts from the greatest SOL moments. In the giftshop you could by t-shirts, paperbags, and autographed photos from the likes of Eric Hipple, Scott Mitchell, Wayne Fontes, Marty Mornhinweg Germaine Crowell. I don't know how it would work once the novelty wore off, but I'm sure the opening season who do great ticket sales.
