  1. I think the onside kick was a bad call and Campbell does deserve some level of criticism for it. That said, there were many other things that ranked higher on the list of reasons why they lost than the decision to onsides it. Notable an inability to contain Jalen Hurts, contain AJ Brown, and allow plays to develop because they weren't getting any pass rush. On offense, Goff's rough first half and the dropped passes out rank the decision to onsides it. Was it the right decision to take an onside kick there? No. Did it hurt them and allow for the Eagles to have an easier time scoring a TD. Yes, probably. I don't believe though that it cost them the came and they would have one were it not for that.
  2. So you're choosing to ignore what she has accomplished and instead insert a Kool aid comment on a just because basis? Do you have information that can rebuke what I shared in-terms of her progress on schools or roads/infrastructure projects? Free Press: Record investments in public education State of Michigan Budget: $6.3 billion allocated towards road and infrastructure work
  3. https://www.michigan.gov/whitmer/issues/accomplishments Governor Whitmer has actually accomplished quite a bit in the 3.5 years she's been Governor. We have record investments in public schools with increases in per-pupil funding. She's made significant investments in hiring mental health professionals in schools as well and has worked to have more of them per child than at any time in Michigan. She's also been the first Governor in two decades to build a new state mental healthcare facility and psychiatric hospital since Governor Engler closed many of them in the 1990s. We've gotten significant reinvestments from the auto industry with new manufacturing jobs and a reinvestment from Ford (albeit it subsidized) in the old Grand Central Station in Detroit. We've also had more road and infrastructure upgrades than almost any prior Governor and she's been able to fix more miles of roadway than Snyder, Granholm, or Engler. She's also worked to fix led waterline and pipe issues across the state in more communities than just Flint, like Benton Harbor.
  4. Is anyone upset about Campbell's decision to attempt that onside kick when he did there? I'm not really, but they had a block of people calling in on 97.1 about it.
  5. I'll give him this for sure, Campbell's guys really play hard for the guy. They'd clearly bite off knee caps and run through a brick wall.
  6. When the QB has 4-5-6 seconds to let a play develop and throw the ball you're going to get torched.
  7. His defense may be one of the worst in the league again. Yikes!
  8. What the hell was that? I get we can't stop anyone today, but still . . .
  9. Goff had Chark open downfield that he could have went to there.
  10. Our interior defensive line is terrible!!!
  11. Burning a time out there. That sucks!
  12. Big stop there. You can't go into halftime down two touchdowns with as lackluster as Goff has looked for most of the game.
  13. Damn, Will Harris a step behind and gets burnt.
  14. Sorry, I thought you were questioning running as a play call, not when they chose to snap the ball. You're right, snapping it to run a play before the warning was dumb.
  15. We needed that. We're right back in this game now.
  16. Because you just need to get the first down there. That is the priority, pickup the first.
  17. If you're on the draft Bryce Young or CJ Stroud bandwagon it sure looks mighty enticing at least very, very early on in the season.
  18. Jared Goff is all kinds of awful right now.
  19. It's officially Lions football season now with the first complaint about offensive playcalling.
