  1. Michigan hasn't grabbed an offensive rebound in over the last 20 minutes it feels like and yet somehow they're managing to not get blown out. If we were as good on the offensive glass as we were yesterday against Maryland we'd be leading.
  2. Here is Mike Green directly addressing the sexual assault allegations against him at his combine presser.
  3. Was Kenneth Grant the Michigan defensive lineman caught with the gun a couple of years back? Edit, nevermind, that was Mazi Smith, not Kenneth Grant.
  4. I was looking up what the character concerns were on Green because that phrase gets thrown around a lot to try and torpedo a guys draft stock or by a front office that wants the guy to fall to them. Apparently Green was accused of sexual assault twice, once in high school and then again in college when he was at Virginia before he went to Marshall. I know this organization hired a Head Coach with sexual assault allegations against him, but that was a different regime. This regime doesn't want any of that crap in their locker room or on the field. So it looks like Green is out.
  5. People who take AIPAC money are the AIPAC wing of the party. January 6th wasn't 22 years ago and AIPAC chose to support insurrectionist candidates. If Warren's Progressive Change Campaign Committee or MoveOn or Democracy For America started supported insurrectionist candidates you'd be going crazy on here about it. Over 4,000 American servicemembers dead and hundreds-of-thousands of Iraqi civilians. Yeah, you know, get over it.
  6. I guess the new position the AIPAC wing of the Democratic Party should be that invading Iraq and January 6th were good things?
  7. I did a mock draft today using the PFN mock draft simulator. I tried to do what I thought Brad might do. Ha, like I actually know. But what I really mean by that is draft guys with no character concerns, high RAS scores, high athletic upside, talented players who might have slipped due to an injury, and then looked a little bit at our team needs. I evaluated our needs as being DT, DE/Edge, depth on the offensive line at the Guard position, 1st (#28) Mike Green/Edge, Marshall 2nd (#60) Tate Ratledge/OG, Georgia 102. CJ West/DT, Indiana 142. Malachi Moore/S, Alabama 182. Ja'Corey Brooks/WR, Louisville 196. Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins/DT, Georgia 228. Jalen Travis/OT, Iowa State 244. Alijah Huzzie/CB, North Carolina
  8. Another Trump confidant accused of being a pedophile. Another religious figure who is an alleged child pedophile.
  9. I think they end up taking a Guard early on in the draft this year. I've thought that before losing Zeitler and think it now more so than ever.
  10. Yeah, I see that now on Spotrac. I thought we had given him a $10 million deal for some reason but I was wrong.
  11. I would have made that deal and thought Bosa was a player Brad would target. He has the injury history that Brad likes and did end up coming at a better value than several other defensive lineman in this free agent class. Didn't we pay Davenport $10 million last offseason?
  12. So the White House lawn is now a Tesla showroom?
  13. https://x.com/NoLieWithBTC/status/1899225746213617770?s=19 Cutting or trying to cut Social Security and Medicare is going to be their downfall alongside tanking the economy. Cutting or attempting to cut or privatize Social Security never ends well politically for Republicans.
  14. I know we aren't going after the big dogs in free agency, but I'd still like to add one of the 2nd/B tier edge rushers out there. Azeez Ojulari is a name that interests me. He is still only 24 years old and has upside to still potentially get a little better. He has been somewhat productive as a pass rusher off the edge, when healthy, having had 6 and 8 sack seasons before. He also has the injury history Brad likes and so he should come a bit cheaper given that he's missed multiple games across multiple seasons.
  15. I would assume that's the reason. He'll get a chance to start here and we are stacked at Safety and he would only get to do so here if there was an injury.
  16. Anyone of Kramer's friends would be hilarious. Jay Reimanschneider, Lomez, Franklin Delano Romanowski, Spector.
  17. I'm surprised Brad didn't resign Iffy for that deal. He seems to like his own guys and $4 million is a drop in the bucket.
  18. UDS sounds like being diagnosed with a bladder infection.
  19. Apparently the top two Corners for PI calls were Terrion Arnold and the guy we just signed DJ Reed. So we're now putting out two starting corners that led the league in PI calls. I do worry at least a little bit if being overly handsy and/or not turning to play the ball as Arnold was caught doing catches up with us at all?
  20. Has Levi or Iffy signed anywhere or been linked to any organizations? I haven't seen anything yet on either.
  21. I would have signed Davis to that deal I think. We can't go out there with Arnold and Rakestraw as our starting CBs. They have to make a commitment to a veteran guy now, be it another trade or signing. Even though Davis had a better year than Kendall Fuller, I'm still a bit puzzled that we traded a 3rd round pick for Davis for a one year rental, as opposed to signing Fuller for the cost of no pick.
  22. Brad Holmes isn't even at the dealership. He's on Craigslist looking through the rebuilt wrecks with a new title.
  23. And what if Yzerman, as Kenny frequently did, decides he wants to bring Lyon back next season? Then Cossa has zero shot at playing.
