    I don't think he's running around talking about retirement. It's the question that is asked in every interview and speculated by every reporter. If you want it to change then you have to stop consuming the media that is pushes it on everyone.

    Not sure what to make of those numbers. Tre’Quan Smith sucks, McLaurin is good. I guess they have the same top speed but McLaurin can get open?

    The fun of implicit bias is that many of the biases are completely unrecognized and unintentional. That doesn't mean they are not there. That's why it's important to consistently reflect on past decisions. Also to holistically look back at the major trends instead of focusing on the anecdotes.

    Good for Flores for taking a stand for what’s right, regardless of the cost. That takes courage. He could continue with the farce and maybe be one of the few minority head coaches while ignoring the struggles of the others less fortunate than him, but instead he used his platform to try to make it better for others.
