  1. Here's another film breakdown https://lionswire.usatoday.com/lists/lions-vs-packers-film-rview-detroit-takeaways-goff-bad-defense-offensive-line-what-i-learned/
  2. Or maybe it won't. Not sure I believe anything about this team anymore
  3. He'd certainly be a massive upgrade over Charles Harris. And he can cover better than Jacobs. The word on him is he can't tackle worth a sh** though
  4. A circus ending to a clown show. Fitting
  5. So this is our competition for the division title
  6. And there it is. Right on cue
  7. Obligatory Fields turnover on its way
  8. F***ing Chicago
  9. Has the paint dried yet
  10. Lol. Yeah I know what you mean
  11. I'd say no, you can't pass on a generational QB. The other consideration with Fields is his rookie contract is expiring and his 5th year option is on the table. They'll likely have to sign him to a big contract long term if they want to keep him. I wouldn't do it. If I were the Bears I'd rather grab what will likely be a far better QB, save cap dollars, and trade Fields for extra draft capital
  12. I think last year’s team down the stretch was a better Lions team than this one
  13. Lions favored. Again. I liked this team better when they played with a chip on their shoulder, felt disrespected, and were picked to lose. Seems like the greater the media attention and higher the ranking, the worse they play
  14. I actually have more confidence in the Lions on the road than at home
  15. I'd love to see that. Like you said, the defense is already vulnerable to explosive plays even when they drop 7. What would be the argument against frequent blitzing? The other team completing a pass they'd complete anyway? Glenn needs to draw up something to make the QB's life hell in these games
  16. I’ll say one thing about the Cowboys lately compared to the Lions. When they play an inferior team they’re supposed to beat, they do what they're expected to do and deliver convincingly. They don't just win, they crush
  17. Yeah that too. But if you could distill it down to a single turning point, that 4th down decision was it. They never recovered from it. I love Campbell's aggressiveness, and I don't want him to change. But this was a time when he needed to put the game in greater context, and recognize the degree of harm it could've meant had it failed. Risk management in that moment was horrid
  18. What an absolutely crushing loss. Lions had everything set up for them to win big today. Playing a losing team with multiple starters out, at home, national TV, Packers not that great offensively or defensively... couldn't have asked for a bigger cupcake
  19. Just another Thanksgiving day embarrassment. The entire country is watching your Lions today
  20. I wonder how many Packers will have "career days" today
