  1. Kind of reminds me of 2012-13 Stafford. Throw for a ton of yards, but also throw a lot of boneheaded picks
  2. Pretty sure it's the drops. He's really good over the shoulder. It's the hands-up catches he has trouble with
  3. As long as they don't have a letdown trap game against one of these upcoming sh*t teams
  4. I'm still holding out hope for Jamo. He made some solid contributions today. Just not enough to justify what he cost the team in draft capital. Somehow the bar for him has gotten real low
  5. At the other end of the spectrum, it was pretty cool to see Goff trust LaPorta on that ballsy 4th down play at the end, putting the game in the hands of his rookie tight end
  6. Not for the 12th overall pick in the draft. He should be at least as good as Jordan Addison on the field
  7. Well... the last time Glenn's defense was embarrassed like this, they came out the following week and stomped the opposing team into the dirt. So who knows. I hope they murder the f***ing Bears
  8. Yeah that was shades of last year's GB game at Lambeau
  9. Time for the Venerable Lions Offensive Line to live up to its reputation
  10. If they don't drive down the field and score - even 3 points - this game is over. Just like Seattle, Glenn can't stop this offense
  11. Brock Wright? Seriously? Ok I see you Ben Johnson
  12. Anyone getting that final drive against KC vibes?
  13. It's what cost them the Seattle game. Offense balled out, defense gave the game away
  14. I read somewhere before the game that this was considered the league's worst officiating crew. They're certainly living up to it
  15. This game better not come down to a field goal
  16. Yep. They're getting pressure, but what hurts them is “time to pressure” - which is a stat the Lions D-line ranks near the bottom of the league. Meaning, it takes them a long time to get to the quarterback. Only four teams are slower to the QB than the Lions. They rarely collapse the pocket quickly or get quick sacks
  17. Wide open receivers running all over the field has been a problem since opening day. It certainly helped that Mayfield couldn’t get the ball to a wide open Evans, or Garapolo couldn’t get it to a wide open Adams. Mahomes did get the ball to his receivers - they just couldn’t catch it. The other two veteran QBs the Lions faced, Geno and Lamar, got the ball to their receivers. And shredded Glenn’s D to ribbons. Now Herbert is doing it
  18. All you need to beat Glenn's defense is a solid veteran QB who has time to throw. This will be Glenn's kryptonite in the playoffs. The Lions won't be facing dogsh*t QBs like Young and Love. Hurts will end their season
  19. Sure looked like we were going to run away with this. Literally. Johnson needs to get back to running the ball
  20. Why are we coming out throwing? We slaughtered them with the run all game
