    Pretty sure the Pistons did the same for Morris when Flint Beecher retired his number. Beecher has some pretty good former athletes, with 5 numbers retired. Carl Banks, Lonnie Young, Morris, Courtney Hawkins, and Roy Marble.

    The Pistons are 4-37 but it is not the worst halfway start in league history. The 1993/94 Mavs hold that honor at 2-39. 5 other teams went 3-38 including the 1992/93 Mavs.

    Since we were talking about the Wizards earlier this week. They have now clinched a sub-50 win season. That is 45 years in a row they have not won 50+ games.

    Bagley was fairly good on offense here. It was his defense that was the issue along with the injury problems.

    Guys coming off of their rookie contract are not allowed to sign in season extensions. If they didn't sign one before the season start they must enter restricted free agency in the summer. So you are safe at least until July.
