Good point. Its not CJ is terrible if we are strictly speaking on his talent. Probably even a good fit with Ivey out. But he has a year more on his deal than THJ so it messes up cap space. Then the fact he rarely plays 70 games a year anymore.

Beast Games has been a fun watch. Every contestant on the show could use some serious help with game theory. Pretty much any time you are offered money to eliminate yourself, I think you should take it. Prize is 1 person wins $5M and it started with 1,000 contestants. So your EV = $5,000. Even at 100 people left your EV is only $50,000. Most bribes to eliminate are much larger. The one person was offered a $100K bribe to eliminate herself. She said no because there is a shot to win a Tesla later on. Uhhh, $100K even after taxes will guarantee you can get a Tesla. Take the money.

Current injury report status: Cam Thomas - Out Cam Johnson - Out Schroder - Traded Russell - Out DFS - Traded So you get Claxton hoisting 20 shots I guess haha Even Simmons is out. What are they going to do without their 15th best leading scorer?

Eh, its more the Nets than the Pistons. About 4 of their starters are out and a few key bench guys too. If the current injury report stands, I believe they will put a starting lineup on the floor that doesn't have a single player averaging over 10 PPG this season. Claxton would be the leading scorer at 9.7 PPG.

Nvidia announced their new graphic cards today. Top of the line RTX 5090 has a MSRP of $1,999. The current 4090 goes for about that price right now, if you can find any. A 3090 can go for $1,500. That new 5090 might hit the shelves close to $3K. Guessing that is the main reason Nvidia lost over 6% today. Although, I think most of those higher end GPU's are meant more for AI people than video game players.
