  1. Celtics have to be one of the worst rebounding teams in the league.
  2. That was the best looking 3PT shot he has taken his entire career.
  3. Lol Thompson with the pull up 40 footer to end the half and put Detroit up 1.
  4. Duren lol how did he give up a wide open three and foul the shooter at the same time?
  5. I would give up this year's 1st round pick for Pritchard. secondary ball handler, usually shoots better than 40% from three. Plays decent enough defense. No clue if he's available or not. But Boston still has some work to do to get under the luxury tax. The Pistons could use their TPE they created in the Schroeder trade and not have to send any salary back to Boston. If they did that they could even consider trading Robinson. Try to use his contact to improve the backup PF spot.
  6. Trading for Davis pretty much makes you a bad GM. Extending him puts you on the all-time list. He turns 33 in March and has been injury prone his entire career. He has 2 seasons on his current deal after this year. So his extension won't kick in until he is 35, and you know he isn't looking for $15 million a year either. Terrible GM's, show yourself.
  7. This is exactly what the league wants. Every summer, they tweak/change a couple of rules. When is the last time they did it in favor of defense? It always seems to be rule changes that favor offense.
  8. Orlando scored 86 points in the 1st half. They lead Philly 86-60.
  9. #1 Stewart is one of the best rim protectors in the league and you now have him playing on the perimeter, taking him away from his strength. #2 Same as #1 #3 Duren gets cooked on the perimeter. That is why he guarded Josh Hart in the playoffs. He isn't much of an offensive threat. If you want Turner, the answer is to move Duren. Turner is better on defense especially at the rim. He won't score as much probably but will provide spacing that Duren doesn't.
  10. Duren received some player of the week votes.
  11. Someone in the comment mentions this has a Kawhi-Spurs vibe. I agree.
  12. Boston might regret not pulling the trigger on a White trade. He is shooting 35% from the field and 30% from three.
  13. He is as bad on defense as he is good on offense. His defense has been bolstered by the fact Stew has played quite a few minutes next to him. The Piston's weak schedule also means Duren has been going up against weak big men rotations. The only good bigs he has faced were Houston and Cleveland. I think he had something like 14 points combined against those teams. Although, he only played 12 mins in the Houston game because he got ejected. I do see quite a few Pistons fans saying he will get a max contract this summer. That would be a disaster.
  14. I don't think he has the lateral quickness to guard a 4. But let's put that aside. His value on defense is rim protection. Putting him at the 4 means he is spending 90% of his time on the perimeter. That takes away his valuable rim protection.
  15. It adjusts based on the level of competition. Two of his biggest games were against Washington and Indiana. The Bulls and 76ers were the next two. So probably need more data against better competition. But the way JB has slashed his minutes the last two games tells me we might not get that data.
