Duren is between the 140-150 mark, Sochan is directly to the right of Duren. Eason straight up above them. Koloko directly to the left of Duren with Sharpe just above them. Above Sharpe is Braun. Above and left of Braun is Nembhard.

    We firmly believe paying people well, providing good benefits, and respecting them makes us more money long term. We could slash pay/benefits today and probably make a fortune for the next few months. But what happens six months from now when all of our top talent is gone? The customer experience starts to suffer and we see a decline in business. We have to now cut prices to bring people back or even just retain their business. So now we are probably making the same profit margin on less revenue. Even if we are 100% wrong and we are missing out on some money, who cares. Me and my partner both have more than we will ever need. If a few bucks are slipping out of our pockets and helping other people, who gives a fuck.

    I wish they went a bit further and told us how many missed games were due to injury. Because last year he missed about 50 games because he wouldn't get vaccinated. Previous seasons he missed time because he needed mental health breaks. Some social issues were more important than basketball, etc. I bet 80% of those missed games weren't even due to injury.

    Why not take all the teams that miss the playoffs and give them an equally weighted shot at 1-5. Then 6-30 drafts by their record. Nothing is perfect but that takes away the incentive to lose 60-65 games a year like some teams blatantly try to do.
