I rarely bet anymore and when I do it is CFB or F1 for the most part. Any of the big names are going to work for you. I don't worry much about fast payouts. Another day or two isn't a big deal to me. I would look more at the sign up bonus to subsidize your losses. Actually, pick out a couple of the big names and hit up each one for the sign up bonus. Play till the bonus is worked off and move on. You get a look at each site and mostly on their dime, or maybe you even win a bit.

Nice behind the scenes look at Arch Mannings official visit to Texas. The Longhorns hosted 9 recruits that weekend and spent $280,000. They hosted 14 more the following weekend for another $350,000. So $630,000 on two weekends and 23 recruits. 12 of the recruits were already committed to Texas. Of the remaining 11, 9 ended up going to Texas. So money well spent I suppose. I was curious what a one bedroom apartment goes for here in Battle Creek. $988 for a one bedroom. Yikes.

The biggest problem the monthly CPI number presents is with peoples 401k. It cratered the market on Tuesday. So if you have $500,000 in your 401k and it lost 3% that is $15,000. Inflation is driving the market down, about 17% so far this year. On $500K that is about $85,000 for the year you have lost. People are going to freak out about that a lot more than the extra $5 a week they will be paying at the market this week.

Current FedWatch odds on a 75/100bps hike is 78%/22%. I wouldn't be totally shock if they bang us for a 100bps hike and then chill until after the midterms.

Mortgage rates are now over 6%. I imagine that is still below historical levels.

Most likely an investment. Real estate is arguably the best investment anyone can make. Especially if you use leverage. Although you would think he would want to rent it and generate some cash flow.

I was a season 8 hater but I am enjoying this a lot more than I expected. Mostly because those two idiots are not involved and Martin is. Plus this is coming straight off of his material, which makes it better. I also thought I was done with prequels. We stopped watching BCS because it was just dumb to put characters in danger that I knew were alive in Breaking Bad. The 170+ year difference in timelines makes it so no characters are in both shows. Well I guess Melisandre could be.
