Perfect example of prospects not making it with their original team. The Tigers brought in several players that were rejected by their previous team. Hopefully, they catch lightning in a bottle. But why is a first place team acquiring so many rejects from other teams? I would have preferred moving some of our secondary prospects for some established relief pitchers. Harris pulled a Stevie Yzerman...lol

TBH, I would rather see Riley getting 3 hits a game and hitting 3rd. But he needs to make some serious adjustment. Learn to shorten up that swing with 2 strikes and....just put the ball in play. His struggles just last way too long...

Look, we get it, all future Tiger free agents will be walking so Harris can't trade our top prospects. But his slumps last 6 weeks and then he gets hot for 2 weeks or so. But Hinch would never hit him lower, go ahead and hit him 3rd to 5th every game and watch him strikeout 3 times a game.
