We all know what’s gonna happen, right? States that are “very nice” to Trump will get federal help, and states that are not “very nice” to Trump will be told to go pound sand.

But he does look like a real POS.

Not only that but they’re going after people charged with a crime, not convicted. Well, ****, man, don’t they think being undocumented itself a crime? And if they have only to be charged and not convicted, well, then it’s self fulfilling, isn’t it?

Where’s the money in nuclear for Trump? After all you can’t drill for it.

Can’t help but notice he added all the exceptions to the end of the bill. The ultimate troll would be to just leave the bill as is, all cases, no exception, but he understands there’s a good chance the bill would pass because it would be so stringent, and no chance it gets passed because it has those exceptions.

I feel as though Lou might get overlooked because the entire discussion will be about Bonds and Schilling. All three should be named to the Hall. Instead, I’m gonna predict it will be Mattingly and that’s it, I’m guessing because the committee will want to make a moralistic statement about it.

I ask because Jeter had a much better career in the majors, and was also broadly more popular than Ichiro. Fans practically wanted to hunt down the lone voter and destroy his life over it. The way I see it, Ichiro got one of the greatest vote totals in history and that should be celebrated.

His fascination starts at skimming billions off the development costs of it into his own pocket, and ends at being able to use it to lie about, smear, then arrest enemies.

Ironically—or perhaps not—the higher egg prices go and the more it gets reported on, the higher retailers and distributors can continue to raise egg prices, since news about it psychologically prepares us for that very thing. I hypothesized the same thing years ago when I would see this happening with gasoline. I would bet there even a name in Psychology for this phenomenon, and that someone here knows what it is.

I totally get what you mean, but getting people to tune out so they can freely crime? That’s what their goal is.

Killing civilians during military operations is back on the table, and thank god for that, because I was worried that Trump would be a complete ****ing pussy about it. Make America great again, baby.

Not only are his medicals iffy, his track record is arguably iffier. He simply is not good consistently, and anyone can see easily that here. I feel as though the clamor to sign Flaherty to years and years for a bazillion dollars is less about actually getting Flaherty in the fold than it is a plea for Harris/Ilitch to do something anything already.

Practically the only players who start significant decline in the early to mid 30s are All-Stars and hall of Famers. Most players' declines start in their late 20s. An even better reason to not trust anyone over 30.
