The Rams are a really good team, but it seems like a lot of people are keen to build up their strengths as impossible to overcome while dismissing the strengths of the Lions as insignificant or easily neutralized by LA. The Lions are a really good team, too, and they're at home with a healthy O-line and a QB who excels behind it. I expect them to win a tight, high-ish scoring game. Also: LaPorta's gonna play. Book it.

Does he? Goff is a better QB than he was in LA, and the Lions O-Line is better than LA's D-line. You could just as easily say that McVay should be worried that Goff knows his tendencies, and can adjust the defense accordingly.

I wouldn't call it one of his worst as a Lion. It wasn't one of his best, but Jonah Jackson playing sub-par didn't help, either. Anyway, Goff doesn't need reps, he needs to remain healthy for the playoffs.

I understand the desire to see Hooker, but if Campbell is gonna rest Goff, it really should be Teddy who gets the bulk of the snaps, as he's the guy who's going in if Goff gets injured during a playoff game.
