It just seems too good to be true that the Tigers could sweep this series with a W tonight. They should be able to do it. They have shown every inclination and ability to do it and they blew the Red Sox away in game one and repeatedly came back last night and they have the best pitcher in baseball going for them tonight. But once again, it just seems too good to be true. How can they keep dominating and coming back without a stagger? You can’t win all the games, but there’s always hope so…

After an article on MLB about Javy’s resurgence was an article where 17 unnamed “baseball execs” were asked a variety of questions and not a single one thought the Tigers were the best team in the AL with 13 votes going to the Yankees and four to the Red Sox.
