FYI - on Facebook today I’ve been getting inundated with phony news websites, claiming that both the Tigers and the Cubs have rejected advertising from Tesla because it violates their “family values.” Everyone is led back to some “person” called tintinhanahah and the comments are filled with phony people from what I can tell, making two word posts of agreement. Just be warned it’s indicative of how crappy Facebook is becoming.

I hadn’t thought about the pitch clock and injuries or heard about it, but I have to admit it doesn’t seem like there’s much time between pitches and even though I don’t like long games 15 seconds seems a little short to me.

The human body is not made for the punishment some of these sports require players to endure. When we were caveman, we never took a rock and threw it with various degrees of spin and bodily contortion 90 times every five days.

That was such heads up play it made me gasp. I don’t know if they could conceivably imagine something like this happening and have a plan in mind when it does or not. I just don’t remember seeing something like this before.
